• Minimum two years of verifiable industrial work experience.

Responsibilities

• Teaches grade-relevant, subject-matter curricula.
• Delivers instruction in-person and virtually per district program.
• Communicates with district personnel, students, and parents by phone, email, or video.
• Creates an engaging classroom for diverse learners.
• Assesses progress, documents reports, and manages attendance.
• Supervises student behavior per policy.
• Collaborates with general education teachers and other staff.
• Directs paraprofessional support as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and performs other duties.

Education

Bachelor's degree from a Georgia PSC-approved college

Valid PSC-approved teaching certificate

Endorsements in required field

Pass GACE Education Ethics Assessment
