BlueCloud Staffing is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a Harrisburg, PA school district. This full-time role focuses on delivering specialized instruction and developing IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary TEAM to promote student growth and success. The ideal candidate holds PA SPED certification, a B.S.

in Special Education, and proven experience with IEPs. You will work in a supportive environment within a vibrant educational community.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience with development and management of IEPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver differentiated instruction to meet students’ unique needs.
• Assess student performance, functional skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Write and maintain IEPs, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Implement positive behavioral interventions and support plans as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education laws and policies.
