Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Pennsylvania Special Education certification, or eligibility for certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs for assigned students.
• Provide differentiated instruction in inclusive and small-group settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support classroom integration and accommodations.
• Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress and goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Document student growth and attendance as required by policies.
• Support emotional and social development of students with special needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development provided by BlueCloud Staffing.
