Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Certified by Wisconsin DPI as a substitute or holds a GE or SE teaching license.
• Experience with autism, emotional disabilities, or cognitive disabilities preferred.
• Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Education Leadership to understand classroom structure and schedules.
• Plan lessons and implement IEPs and related crisis plans within the setting.
• Attend staff meetings and provide progress data and feedback as needed.
• Submit lesson plans, data, and weekly summaries to supervisor on schedule.
• Support educational staff and adapt to enrollments and schedule changes.
