Boston Renaissance Charter Public School in Hyde Park, MA is seeking a Substantially Separate Special Ed Teacher. This Regular Full-Time role offers a salary range and requires a Massachusetts license in Severe Disabilities (Pre K–8) with experience in IEPs and SPED law.

The teacher will design and implement instruction, assess progress, and collaborate with related service providers to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• MA teaching license in Severe Disabilities for PreK–8.
• Three or more years of classroom teaching experience.
• Knowledge of SPED law as it relates to IEP and FAPE.
• Master’s degree in special education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Write and adhere to lesson plans aligned with MA standards.
• Implement core curriculum with grade-level pacing.
• Develop IEPs and participate in IEP team meetings.
• Assess student progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with related service providers.
• Integrate technology into instruction.
