Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks four Special Education Teachers for the 2026/2027 school year. This on-site opportunity is in Green Bay, WI, across four programs (Early Childhood, Autism Focus, Intellectual Disabilities, Cross Categorical).

Each role offers 37.5 hours per week and pay of $51.50 to $54.50 per hour. The teachers will provide specialized instruction and case management aligned to IEP goals, collaborating with general education staff, related services, administrators, and families to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for teaching role.
• WI Cross-Categorical Special Education license required.
• State and school clearances must be completed prior to placement.
• Experience with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction based on IEP goals and case management.
• Develop and monitor individualized education goals.
• Adapt instruction and materials for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with general education, related services, administrators, and families.
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Support behavioral and social-emotional development and classroom management.
