Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for SPED Elementary or Middle School in Green Bay and surrounding districts. This full-time role offers supportive leadership, comprehensive pay, and industry-leading benefits.

You will develop engaging IEPs, apply ABA-based strategies, collaborate with families and school teams, and provide direct student support including ADLs. Start ASAP—join us this school year and help transform lives.

Formación

• Active Wisconsin Special Education license with Autism Focus (Elementary endorsement)
• Experience with students on the autism spectrum
• Master's degree in SPED required
• Comfort with ABA, ADL support, and de-escalation techniques
• Ability to collaborate with parents and school staff

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement engaging, data-driven IEPs.
• Utilize ABA principles and de-escalation techniques for effective classroom management and behavior support.
• Collaborate with parents, general education staff, and specialists to enhance student learning.
• Provide direct support, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Continuously monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies for optimal outcomes.

• Continuously monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies for optimal outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Special Education License with Autism Focus Teacher - Elementary endorsement is REQUIRED.
• OR Early Childhood
• OR High School
• Previous professional experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
• Strong comfort level with ABA principles, ADL support, and de-escalation strategies.
• Master's Degree in SPED
