Portland Public Schools seeks an Educational Technician III to support Special Education students at Moore Middle School. Under the principal and Special Education staff, you will implement plans, engage students, manage classrooms, track data, and assist with Mainecare billing documentation.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to promote inclusive learning, adapt instruction for diverse needs, and maintain student confidentiality under FERPA guidelines.

Formación

• Preference for candidates with Ed Tech authorization in Maine
• CPI certification or ability to obtain it preferred
• Experience or readiness to work with diverse student populations

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct instruction to students individually and in small groups
• Implement lesson plans and follow schedules
• Support classroom management and supervise non-instructional times
• Collect and share data to inform student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families and caregivers
