Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualifying score on the ETS paraeducator assessment or an associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in adapting instructional activities to include all students.
• Assist in implementing IEP objectives and instructional plans.
• Monitor student behavior to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Attend IEP meetings and communicate student progress to staff.
• Direct and implement behavioral plans for students with needs.
• Maintain instructional materials and student records; prepare and file papers.
