Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Social Worker to join our Early Intervention program serving children from birth to three in the Everett, Malden and Medford area. You will conduct screenings, assessments, home visits, and service coordination with families alongside a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, active LCSW licensure (LICSW/LMHC preferred), and a valid MA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Active LCSW licensure preferred (LICSW/LMHC).
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in screenings, assessments, center and home visits.
• Provide service coordination for families and consultation on clinical/developmental issues.
• Deliver transdisciplinary early intervention services to families and children.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and agencies as part of a team-based plan.
