Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Everett, MA seeks dedicated Mental Health Consultants to join our Early Intervention program for children from birth to three. You will conduct assessments, support families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster healthy social‑emotional development. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 USD, depending on licensure. MA driver’s license required; licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• 3 years experience providing mental health services to children and families.
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License.
• Licensed Clinician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments, treatment, and care coordination for children, adults, and families.
• Conduct social-emotional observations and develop behavior support plans in childcare settings.
• Offer consultation to childcare staff and parents, interpreting assessment tools and delivering feedback.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings for coordinated services.
• Attend trainings and supervision to maintain quality standards.
