Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Malden, MA is seeking a licensed Social Worker for our Early Intervention program serving Everett, Malden, and Medford families. You will conduct screenings, assessments, home visits, and IFSP progress tracking, delivering transdisciplinary services with a coaching model for parents.

The role requires an MSW, licensure (LCSW) and experience with young children; a MA driver’s license is required. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm; salary $55,000–$60,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW) required; LICSW, LMHC preferred.
• Experience with young children (0-5) and behavioral/mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental levels of infants and toddlers using standardized tools.
• Provide interventions focused on psychosocial development and family systems.
• Develop and track IFSP goals in home settings.
• Deliver transdisciplinary services to families and children in EI program.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and agencies for planning and treatment.
