Job summary

Foxlink Group in Fort Worth, TX is launching a new SMT manufacturing facility and seeks a Production Supervisor to lead automated and manual assembly lines. You will drive manufacturing excellence and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure reliable product performance from the ground up.

You will manage shifts, motivate the team, optimize processes, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, efficiency, and quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SMT manufacturing lines.
• Strong ability to manage teams and resources.
• Knowledge of SMT equipment and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SMT manufacturing operations, including setup and monitoring of printers, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI, soldering, and wave soldering.
• Lead and motivate team members to meet daily production plans and goals.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with procedures; maintain accurate documentation.

Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) electronic products. We are seeking a Production Supervisor who is passionate about electronics, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting electronic product development, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring reliable product performance from the very beginning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee automated and manual surface mount manufacturing operations, including the installation, operation, setup, and adjustment of SMT printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI systems, soldering machines, and wave soldering equipment. Prepare production lines for new jobs, including material loading, first-piece verification, and monitoring of processes, efficiency, and yield. Review production data and charts in real time.
• Lead, motivate, and direct team members to achieve production goals and manufacturing excellence. Make timely decisions and effectively allocate resources to meet daily production plans.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing procedures. Maintain accurate production documentation, schedules, and records, and follow work instructions, schematics, and process diagrams.
• Conduct daily team meetings, communicate production priorities and issues, and foster a collaborative team environment built on open communication and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, yield, and overall manufacturing performance.
