Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills through speech therapy.
• Build a strong Speech-Language Pathology therapy program.
• Advance clinical and management skills through interactions with managers, therapists and ongoing education.
• Maintain valid state license and awareness of professional issues in the field.
• Understand relevant payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines; deliver quality care within guidelines.
• Maintain infection control procedures and environmental safety in facilities.
• Communicate effectively in English in all interactions.
