Barclays Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our Rehabilitation/Therapy team in New Jersey. Qualifications

• New Jersey SLP license required.
• Experience in long-term care (Skilled Nursing Facility) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapy teams and Rehab Department.
• Complete evaluations and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for communications/assessments.
• Provide speech therapy as outlined in treatment plans and prescriptions.
• Manage workload and electronic record documentation.
• Familiar with PDPM and Medicaid/Medicare billing.
