BASIS Ed is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The SLP will collaborate with campus leaders, teachers, and specialists to deliver comprehensive speech therapy, assess needs, and drive student outcomes.

The role involves IEP/ARD management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and RTI support within BASIS Texas Charter Schools. A Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification are required, with CFY candidates considered.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders is required.
• Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (TDLR) is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required; CFY interns are accepted.

Aufgaben

• Review IEPs to ensure 100% implementation of speech therapy services.
• Coordinate ARD timelines and document ARDs.
• Collaborate with Diagnosticians, LSSPs, and OTs for evaluations and dual ARDs.
• Conduct formal speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Maintain Therapy Notes, tracking logs, ARD logs, and quarterly progress reports.
• Support RTI initiatives across school tiers with high-fidelity interventions.
