Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to cover 4 campuses in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, from downtown Dallas to Arlington. The contract role serves students from preschool through 8th grade across multiple sites, including downtown Dallas, Oak Cliff, Grand Prairie, and Arlington.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas SLP license, bring at least 2 years of school-based experience, and be able to develop and present therapy plans, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with ARD

Qualifications

• Texas SLP license required.
• 2+ years of school-based experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing speech interventions to students on the current caseload
• Evaluating new referrals for potential communication deficits that affect access to curriculum
• Developing goals and therapy plans for students who qualify for speech services; presenting at ARD meetings
• Conducting annual or triennial re-evaluations for current caseload
• Evaluating and reporting on student progress; adjusting IEP goals as needed
• Serving as primary case carrier for speech-only students or collaborating as a related services provider
• Documenting student services in accordance with District, State and Federal guidelines
