Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You’ll evaluate needs, develop evidence-based interventions, and deliver or supervise therapy to support IEP goals. Fluency in multiple languages and Texas licensure are required.

You will collaborate with ARD committees, communicate progress to families and district staff, and maintain accurate records to guide instruction. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Develop targeted interventions with ARD committee to support student outcomes.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLPAs to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records to adjust interventions.
• Support ARD meetings and other discussions to advocate for students’ education.
