Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Bridgepark in Baltimore, MD. This full-time role offers CFY opportunities and a competitive hourly wage of $43–$46, along with benefits.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• New graduates seeking a CFY placement are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Monitor progress and communicate recommendations to the care team
• Complete timely documentation and coordinate with nursing and other clinicians
