Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a High School Level Education or GED.
• Experience working with individuals in recovery or social services.
• Minimum of one year in recovery/social/human services with diverse populations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activity of Residents and ensure safety and security.
• Screen shelter calls and provide referrals to staff or resources.
• Maintain shift activity log with detailed documentation.
• Assist with meals, supplies, and resident support as needed.
• Provide transportation to residents when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethics in social services.
