Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services in Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Service Coordinator to support residents by connecting them with programs and services that promote independence and a higher quality of life.

You will build relationships with local agencies, coordinate resident programs, track referrals, and maintain service records while helping create a welcoming, engaged community.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about helping people and making a positive impact.
• Experience in social services, case management, supportive housing, or resident services (preferred).
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with compassion across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents with community resources and supportive services.
• Build relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate resident programs, educational workshops, and community events.
• Assist residents in accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, financial assistance, and other resources.
• Support resident independence while fostering a welcoming, engaged community.
• Maintain service records, referrals, and program documentation.
