Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics with client-facing/stakeholder work
• Proven track record of identifying data gaps and driving cross-team resolution
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python or R
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Tableau or Power BI
• Solid grounding in data modeling, data quality assessment, and data lineage
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define questions and assess data availability and quality
• Identify gaps between available data and needs; document impact of each gap
• Lead plans to close gaps with data engineering, IT, and data owners
• Design and build analyses, dashboards, and reports for decision-ready insights
• Validate data quality and lineage before deployment; flag caveats
• Translate findings for non-technical leadership with a clear narrative
• Establish repeatable processes and documentation to catch data gaps early
• Mentor junior analysts on analysis techniques and data questioning
