Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT, validation, and reconciliation knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, lookups, formulas) for data analysis.
• Experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Familiar with Python/Pandas for automation is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, trend analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and KPIs.
• Build data models and reusable datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business and operational decisions.
• Identify data quality issues and work with engineering/business teams to resolve them.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible.
• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical processes.
