Job summary

RGA is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage illiquid asset lifecycle servicing for private debt and equity. You will own onboarding, documentation, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness across systems. Collaborate with Analysts and Associates while supporting Portfolio Management, Investment Accounting, and Legal on complex transactions.

You will lead process improvements, maintain SOPs, and train junior staff in a fast-paced, global team environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 4+ years in investment operations including private debt/equity lifecycle servicing
• MBA with 2+ years in investment operations with private markets experience is acceptable
• Hands-on experience with asset onboarding, document management, and capital call/distribution reconciliation
• Independent workflow ownership with high‑quality execution in documentation-intensive environments

Responsibilities

• Execute asset onboarding for private debt and equity investments, ensuring data attributes are captured in systems
• Collect and manage legal/financial/operational documentation with version control
• Perform ongoing servicing activities including cash and position reconciliation
• Process transfers, assignments, novations, restructurings, and ownership changes
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks with fund administrators and counterparties
• Maintain audit-ready records of all transactions and exceptions
• Provide guidance to Analysts/Associates and support Directors on issues
• Support onboarding/training of junior staff and SOP maintenance
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Investment Accounting, Legal, and Cash Management on onboarding and liquidity matters
