Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or complex environment.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; large-scale ERP a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Perform, review and analyze a broad range of accounting activities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct ledger maintenance.
• Analyze expenses to evaluate cost opportunities.
• Monitor accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Assist with external financial audits and follow audit recommendations.
• Document transactions and establish records.
• Identify efficiencies in accounting practices.
