Job summary

Cedar Point is looking for a Communications Dispatcher – Security to answer emergency and non‑emergency calls, use a radio to relay information to Security, Safety and Fire officers, and monitor CCTV and weather software. You will coordinate communications and support incident response in a fast‑paced park environment.

The role requires 18+ and offers $16/hour with a $5/hour bonus incentive beginning September 21.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, and use a radio to transmit calls for service to Security, Safety, and Fire officers.
• Record calls for service and activities in our Incident Management System.
• Monitor CCTV systems, weather software, and communicate via text messaging services; making appropriate notifications when directed.
