This role is pivotal for ensuring timely communication for security and medical emergencies, executing all dispatch functions, and maintaining park-wide coordination. Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years old with open availability, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to remain calm in emergencies. Flexible shifts and ongoing training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have open availability including weekends and varied shifts.
• Must complete necessary Six Flags Training courses and obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all dispatch functions and maintain park-wide communication.
• Dispatch and communicate all security and medical emergencies.
• Log all calls for service in a Computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
