Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina, Inc. is seeking a SCSEP Service Coordinator to administer and oversee local SCSEP activities.

You will supervise site staff, coordinate intakes, training, and placements, and ensure compliance with program regulations. The role requires an associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel to local sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Education, Liberal Arts preferred; or High School Diploma and 5 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge of the Older Americans Act and Workforce Investment Act preferred.
• Three years of program delivery experience with development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers and oversees SCSEP service area activities.
• Supervises site staff and participants to deliver community employment services.
• Ensures policies and controls for SCSEP compliance and contract deliverables.
• Coordinates intake/orientations, training, and job placements with host agencies.
• Compiles weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of SCSEP activities.
• Markets services and develops partnerships with local employers and service providers.
• Travels frequently to local sites to supervise and support activities.
