Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana seeks a part-time SCSEP Coach to support the Senior Community Service Employment Program across NW Indiana counties such as LaPorte, Porter, Starke, Pulaski and Fulton. The role focuses on helping older adults prepare for employment and manage finances.

Responsibilities include recruiting and intake, assessment, orientation, advising, enrollment, and follow-up; tracking outcomes and coordinating with community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services or community programs preferred.
• Ability to work with older adults.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to document and track program metrics.

Responsabilités

• Assist program participants in improving work behaviors and skills to enhance employment success.
• Assess participants, refer to appropriate services, and conduct regular progress reports.
• Organize and present job readiness preparation in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Build and maintain networks with community partners to enhance wrap-around services.
• Track enrollment dates and outcomes using multiple reporting systems.
