Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana seeks a part-time SCSEP Coach to support the Senior Community Service Employment Program across NW Indiana counties such as LaPorte, Porter, Starke, Pulaski and Fulton. The coach coordinates intake, orientation, enrollment, tracking, and follow-up for program participants.

Responsibilities include outreach to participants, reporting program metrics, and building networks with community partners.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; demonstrate capability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with diverse participants and community partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
