Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a school setting near Harbor Beach, MI. This contract role supports students’ speech and language needs within a collaborative educational team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, SLP-CCC, and Michigan licensure (or eligibility). Experience in schools and strong documentation skills are highly valued for effective IEP-driven therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
• SLP-CCC certification required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Michigan.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Collaborative with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation to support student progress and compliance with school policies.
• Collaborate with educators and family members to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process.
• Offer guidance and support to teachers on speech and language interventions.
