Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in a supportive school setting near Berrien Springs, MI. This full-time position starts as soon as possible and runs through the school year, offering stability and meaningful impact as you collaborate with teachers and families.

You will deliver assessments, create and implement IEP-driven interventions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong foundation in speech-language pathology assessment and intervention within a school environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs
• Coordinate and conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and participate in team meetings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service professionals to support students communication development
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
