Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing, delivering therapy per IEPs, collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining records, and staying current with best practices and regulations in school-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• School-based experience is highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Passion for empowering children in inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students per IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective support strategies.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation and training to staff as needed.
• Stay current on best practices and legal requirements for school-based therapy.
