Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team on a full-time, onsite basis. The role serves Pre-K through 5th grade, focusing on speech and language growth within a supportive, collaborative classroom environment.

You will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliant documentation to support student progress.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Prior experience within school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with serving students with autism and diverse communication needs considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, teachers, and families
  • Organized, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering student growth
