Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders.
• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans for each student.
• Provide targeted therapy sessions to support development.
• Track progress through detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded student care.
• Engage and empower families throughout the therapeutic process.
