Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking onsite school-based Speech-Language Pathologists to serve students in the Tampa area for the upcoming school year. This role offers collaboration with district teams and a supportive, therapist-owned environment.

You will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy. You will participate in meetings, maintain records, and enjoy built-in school holidays with access to quality materials and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; knowledge of IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support goals.
• Maintain records and progress reports per policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals.
