Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based contract. The assignment runs through June 17, 2027, offering multi-year stability and opportunities to impact student communication growth.

You will provide direct therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families to advance speech, language, voice, and fluency goals in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Experience serving school-aged students in an educational setting is required.
• Strong collaboration and communication with staff, students, and families.
• Commitment to student progress and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse school-age caseload, addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress with documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support communication goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on communication best practices in school settings.
• Stay current on best practices, continuing education, and professional standards.
