Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in the Waxahachie, TX area. The assignment runs from August 12, 2026, to May 26, 2027 and covers elementary and high school campuses.

Join a collaborative team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, develop IEPs, and work with families and educators to support student success. Onsite roles across multiple campuses provide a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

• Current and active SLP license (Texas)
• CCC certification required or preferred
• Experience in school settings highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for varied ages and needs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary and high school students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students holistically
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with guidelines
• Engage in school teams and advocate for student success
• Provide guidance on communication strategies within the school environment
