ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in the Houston area (southwest side). You will collaborate with schools near your ZIP code, delivering therapy to a diverse student population while adhering to district guidelines.

The role covers grades 6-8 and 10-12, ARD/IEP development, evaluations, and ongoing progress reporting. Onsite responsibilities include managing a 50-60 student caseload within a supportive campus environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active TX SLP license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Possess school setting experience, with grades 6-8 and 10-12 preferred.
• Comfort managing a caseload of 50-60 students and delivering therapy, ARDs/IEPs, and evaluations.
• Familiarity with required school documentation and progress reporting protocols.
• Flexibility to work onsite at middle or high schools.
• Willingness to complete district fingerprinting if required.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct speech and language services for students in assigned schools (grades 6-8 and/or 10-12).
• Complete speech/language evaluations and develop IEPs in compliance with district and state regulations.
• Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with school staff to ensure high-quality student support.
• Document therapy notes, progress, and maintain accurate case files.
• Communicate regularly with families and interdisciplinary teams.
