BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students’ communication development in a school-based setting. This full-time contract runs through late May 2027, with a predictable schedule and no evening or weekend work.

The ideal candidate holds valid SLPA licensure, is bilingual in Spanish, and has experience with children in education. You will assist with therapy plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with the SLP, teachers, and families.

Embark on an exciting opportunity working onsite as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting students communication development in a school-based setting. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must, to help bridge language needs within a diverse student population
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in an educational environment
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with varying caseloads (assignment specifics determined prior to start)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist with implementing therapy plans and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collect data on student progress and collaborate in documenting performance
• Engage and motivate students during individual or group sessions
