Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Michigan.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly regarded.
• Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with school guidelines.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student achievement.
• Deliver progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Maintain timely documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards.
