Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a school-based contract in Ashland, Virginia. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certificate.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and IEP development, progress monitoring, and student evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both small group and individual settings
• Maintain ongoing communication with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and needs
• Document evaluations, session notes, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
• Promote positive, inclusive learning environments and encourage student engagement
