Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC Certification required.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP.
• Prior school-based experience, especially elementary, preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations and write assessment reports.
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure comprehensive support.
• Provide staff trainings on communication disorders and inclusion strategies.
• Maintain documentation of student progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
