Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive Gloucester, VA school district. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and collaborate to help students develop communication skills aligned with IEP goals.

The full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week at a single school site, with guaranteed hours, weekly direct deposit, and benefits. Candidates should hold a Virginia license and the CCC-SLP credential to apply.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student progress.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress while adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions.
