Job summary

Ro Health is hiring a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs in Oakland Unified School District and Hayward Unified School District for the 2026-2027 school year. The role centers on ABA-based behavioral support in school settings, with 1:1 or classroom-wide placements.

Positions are in-person in Oakland, CA and Hayward, CA, with Per Diem/Subbing and Full-Time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Instructionally eligible to work in schools.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods as needed.
• Potential to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
