The Stepping Stones Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based role for the 26/27 school year. Onsite and hybrid options are available to support flexible schedules and collaboration with district teams.

You’ll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP teams, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve student outcomes, within a clinically led support network that values professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida School Psychologist license/credential
• Ed.S. or higher from NASP-approved program
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral)
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted)
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality
