Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site role for the 26/27 school year.

You will conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations, collaborate with IEP teams, complete documentation, and provide evidence-based recommendations as part of a clinically led team.

Qualifications

• Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Delaware
• Ed.S. or higher from NASP-approved or equivalent program
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral)
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted)
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality
