Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed school psychologist for a full-time itinerant contract near Fort Myers, FL. The role supports a school district by delivering psychological services, conducting assessments, and participating in IEP meetings across multiple campuses.

The assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek. Candidates should have an active Florida psychologist license, strong report writing, and experience in educational settings to help

Qualifications

Active Florida Department of Health Psychology license.
Experience performing educational assessments.
Knowledge of IEP processes.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Previous school-based experience is valued.
Ability to work autonomously across a multi-site schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform psychological evaluations and assessments for students as needed
Collaborate with school staff to develop and monitor IEPs
Attend and contribute to school-based meetings
Prepare clear, comprehensive, and timely reports
Serve diverse student populations and age groups
Offer consultative support to teachers, staff, and families
Maintain a consistent weekly schedule across multiple campuses to support student success
