Qualifications

• Active School Psychologist credential/license for CT
• Master's or specialist degree in School Psychology
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred
• School-based/special education knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Support development and implementation of IEPs
• Provide individual and/or small-group counseling and social-emotional support
• Assist students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and service providers
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop recommendations to support student success
• Monitor and document progress and prepare reports
• Consult with staff on behavioral interventions
• Maintain student confidentiality and follow policies
