Qualifications

• SC School Psychologist certification required.
• Master's degree in Psychology; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with parents and PPT teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychological assessments and diagnostic exams to support learning.
• Provides individual or group therapy and behavior-modification plans.
• Assists with identification and placement of exceptional students.
• Coordinates with teachers and admin to identify student needs and share results.
• Attends PPT meetings for students with special needs.
• Acts as a mental health resource and conducts staff trainings.
• Supports district dropout prevention efforts.
• Maintains accurate records and shares student information with colleges.
